[Klaviyo](https://help.getwair.com/integrations?hsLang=en#klaviyo) # Collect more reviews with Klaviyo ## Use Klaviyo to send Fit Survey emails as a bulk campaign or a triggered flow. ### Overview WAIR's Klaviyo integration is an incredibly powerful tool that allows you to: - Seamlessly send WAIR Order Review surveys to collect in-depth shopper sizing information..  This guide will take you step-by-step into setting your integration up to bring data from WAIR into Klaviyo, as well as some best practices.     --- ### Prerequisites In WAIR, you'll need: - An active account In Klaviyo, you'll need: - An active account - The Shopify app installed   --- ### Connecting the integration   #### Add WAIR email template to Klaviyo 1. Download the WAIR Fit Survey template. Right click [here](https://help.getwair.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Assets/Klaviyo%20-%20WAIR%20Fit%20Survey%20-%20v1.1.html?hsLang=en) and click Save Link As... then click Save. The file will be named "Klaviyo - WAIR Fit Survey - v1.1.html" 2. Go to Templates \> Import![](https://help.getwair.com/hubfs/image-png-Jan-27-2023-06-13-20-5337-AM.png) 3. Update template name and click Import. 4. Go to the [WAIR Dashboard](https://app.getwair.com) and copy the WAIR\_REVIEW\_CODE from the WAIR Dashboard under Settings \> Reviews \> Details & FAQs \> Post-Purchase Survey Review Code 5. Search and replace the 2 instances of WAIR\_REVIEW\_CODE![](https://help.getwair.com/hubfs/image-png-Jan-27-2023-10-06-44-6888-PM.png) 7. Click Save #### Setup flow in Klaviyo 1. Goto Flows and click "Create Flow" ![](https://help.getwair.com/hubfs/image-png-Jan-27-2023-05-46-01-3302-AM.png) 2. Click "Create from Scratch" and name WAIR Post-Purchase Fit Survey![](https://help.getwair.com/hubfs/image-png-Jan-27-2023-05-55-40-3565-AM.png) 3. Select "Metric "![](https://help.getwair.com/hubfs/image-png-Jan-27-2023-05-57-55-3573-AM.png) 4. Select "Fulfilled Order" \> Done and add the following Flow Filter \- What someone has done (or not done) \- Person has Fulfilled Order \- zero times \- since starting the flow ![](https://help.getwair.com/hubfs/image-png-Jan-27-2023-06-36-19-5764-AM.png) 5. Click "+ AND" to add another filter. Choose WAIR Fit Survey from My Templates and accept the template 11.
